Summary:
Plans, organizes and conducts occupational therapy programs in a variety of sensorimotor, educational, recreational, and social activities designed to help patients regain physical or mental functioning.
EDUCATION:
Graduate of an accredited school of occupational therapy and successful completion of clinical training required.
LICENSES AND CERTIFICATIONS:
Certified by the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy Upon Hire Required andBasic Life Support (BLS) (BLS) certified RequiredADDITIONAL
Qualifications:
Proficient oral and written communication.
Maintains patient confidentiality.
Must function independently, have flexibility, personal integrity and ability to work effectively with patients and /or patient families, personnel, medical staff and general public.
